What we collect and why

When you use the contact form, we process your name, email address and message to respond to your inquiry and, where applicable, take steps concerning a possible collaboration. The server may record technical information such as an IP address, request time, browser type and security events to keep the site reliable and secure.

Legal basis and retention

Inquiry data is processed to take steps at your request before a possible contract and/or for the legitimate interests of communication and site security. Correspondence is retained until the communication is complete and afterwards only as long as required for applicable legal obligations or the defence of legal claims. Technical logs are retained according to the hosting provider’s security schedule.

Who may receive the data

Hosting and email providers may access data only to the extent needed to operate the site and deliver your message. We do not sell personal data. The interactive Google map is loaded only after you choose to open it; Google may then receive technical data under its own terms.

Cookies and analytics

The site may use a functional cookie to remember the selected language. Optional analytics or marketing tools must not be activated before the user’s appropriate choice. If such tools are introduced, this policy and the consent mechanism will be updated before activation.
